The Downtown Hollywood Mural Project, a project that is managed and curated by Schrift & Farbe Design Group recently won New Times Broward’s “Best Public Art” award.

The Downtown Hollywood Mural Project kicked off in August of 2012. The Hollywood CRA’s mural program is a key element in a development strategy that will greatly enhance the diversity and vibrancy of  Downtown Hollywood, Florida.

One quote that we loved from the story: “Providing artists a larger-than-life platform for their work, inspiring the local community to come together during live wall paintings during the third-Saturday art walks, and injecting new life into local businesses, downtown Hollywood is leading the way for public art in Broward and Palm Beach counties.”
